While the age of consent in Italy is 14, OnlyFans rules state that content can only be accessed or posted by people who are over 18.

Michelle has admitted that she made an honest mistake by not verifying the age of her collaborator beforehand.

She acknowledged that she should have exercised more caution and conducted proper due diligence before filming the video with the fan.

She added further flame to the fire by saying:

According to Michelle, the subscription-based platform has now banned her from their services.

In a post on Telegram, she said:

The terms and conditions of OnlyFans explicitly state that their platform should not be utilized in any manner that could potentially exploit or cause harm to individuals who are below 18 years old. This includes exposing them to unsuitable content.

After the incident involving Michelle Comi, it has been revealed that underage individuals have been able to create accounts on OnlyFans.

According to a BBC investigation, children as young as 13 were able to bypass the platform’s age verification process by using fake documents or IDs that belong to older family members.

The investigation also revealed a case where a 14-year-old girl used her grandmother’s passport and bank details to set up an account on the adult website. Police have been notified of this case.

A 17-year-old girl from southeast England was able to sell explicit videos of herself performing sexual acts on OnlyFans, using a fake ID to sign up for an account.

The girl received $6,000 in payments in just one week, but her account was frozen after her bank account became suspicious.

School safeguarding officers have reported that children as young as 12 are using OnlyFans to contact adult content creators and asking to meet up.

Childline, a children’s protection charity, has received a report from a girl who said she had been using OnlyFans since she was 13.

OnlyFans’ reputation is taking a hit as more reports surface of underage users setting up accounts and engaging in explicit content creation and sales.

Despite the platform’s terms and conditions stating that individuals must be over 18 to access or post content, loopholes in the verification process have allowed minors to participate.

As a result, the site is facing increased scrutiny and calls for better safeguards to prevent underage exploitation.
